19A- Idea Napkin No.2

You. My name is Melanie Root. I go the University of Florida. I am getting my bachelor’s degree there in Business Administration. Currently, I live in Tennessee. I take my classes online. I see this business concept playing a huge role in my life. When I start doing something, I work day and night on it until it’s completed. That is how I would be with this business.

What are you offering to customers? I am offering a lunchbox that acts like a refrigerator, keeping drinks and beverages cold for days. Unlike ice and icepacks that eventually go warm/melt after a couple hours, my lunchbox will continually keep customer’s food/beverages cold for days without any fluctuation in temperature.

Who are you offering it to? I am offering this lunchbox to multiple different people. People who like to go outdoors. People who work long hours. Kids who go to school. Even people who have a long car ride ahead of them.

Why do they care? These people care because it is the only way to keep their food/beverages cold without the hassle of having to go to the store for cold food. Ice packs get warm after a couple of hours. Ice melts very quickly. This leaves people’s food/beverages exposed to dangerously warmer temperatures that can make them sick.

What are your core competencies? I am the only one offering a lunchbox that acts like a refrigerator. 

Additionally. These 5 elements fit together. I have a customer base who needs my product. There is no other product on the market that is offering the same thing I am. People will want my product due to ice packs and ice not keeping their food/beverages cold as long as the product I am offering.

Feedback memo. I have no feedback for my idea napkin no.1, so I don’t have any main points that I took away from any feedback. I have incorporated people who have long car rides as a potential customer. I think those customers would also benefit from my product.
