16A- What's Your Secret Sauce?

1)    5 ways in which I think I have human capital that is truly unique.
1.     I evaluate every situation-I look at every angle and every situation that has or has not occurred yet. I see every situation and make my decisions based on potential and existing outcomes.
2.     Relentless- I do not stop. I don’t take no for an answer. Whatever it is, whatever it takes, I will keep trying until the very end.
3.     Efficient-Whether it be money or my time, I make sure I put it in good use. I don’t like to know I have wasted money and I surely don’t like to know I wasted my time.
4.     Caring- I am very compassionate with people. This can get me in trouble sometimes due to people thinking they can take advantage of it.
5.     Detail-Orientated – Everything has to be exactly right or its wrong in my opinion. I am very particular about everything.
2)    5 people that know me best.
1.     My sister- She said that I have funny personality. She also says that I am very motivated and that I always have to be doing some. She said that if I am not doing anything, I go crazy.

3)    Reflection on the differences. My interviewees saw me the same way I saw myself. They all have said that I am a problem solver and that I look over situations. I would not make any corrections to my list.

15A-Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

How/where do they buy?
My segment is most likely to buy online. They are more likely to use either a credit card or debit card to make their purchase. They are more likely to finance their purchase rather than pay cash for it.

Post- Purchase evaluation.
Customers will think they made a good purchase when they think about the price and quality. The quality of the product should be good. All my interviewees compare prices and buy from the place with the cheapest prices. Things that make them think their purchase was a bad idea was if they feel like they spent too much money when they bought the item. Also, if the item did not turn out to be what they thought it was going to be.

Report the Findings: The Interviews.
Interviewee #1: This interviewee does her shopping online. She says that it is easier and way quicker to do it that way. She compares different stores and their prices to find the best one for the best price. Since she shops mostly online, she uses her credit card to make her purchases.
Interviewee #2: This interviewee also buys online. He says that he saves money more just buying it online, because he doesn’t have to waste the gas to drive to the place he needs to go. Also, he likes to compare prices. He said it is much easier to compare prices online than go from place to place. He also uses a credit card or his debit card.
Interviewee #3: This interviewee says she shops online and in the store. It depends on what she is buying. She said sometimes she wants to physically look at the product before she buys it. Sometimes, she already knows what the product looks like and does not need to see the product in person.  She said that she usually uses a debit card or credit card to make her purchases. She carries some money, but only a couple of dollars.

Conclusions.
I have learned in my interviews that people lean more to online shopping than shopping in the store. I also have learned that people compare prices to get the best price on their product. Also, people use credit cards and debit card more than cash.

14A- Halfway Reflection

1)    Tenaciousness is competency. I have developed tenacious behaviors to keep up with the requirements in this course. The most important behavior I developed was turning assignments in early. I am one to usually wait until the last minute to turn in assignments, but after starting this class, that behavior changed. Since there are about 3 assignments a week in this course, I have been staying on top of things. I decided to start doing and turning the assignment in at least a day before it is due. This has allowed me to stay on top of things very easily. By doing this, it has helped me a lot in this course and I am starting to do it in my other courses, too.
2)    Tenaciousness is also attitude.I felt like giving up when I saw how much work I was going to have to do each week. I did not know how I was going to get it done. That was when I decided to try to work ahead.  I pushed through the first two weeks and after the second week of this course, it began to get easier and more fun as I began to get into a routine.
3)    Three tips.Three tips that I would offer to next semester’s students is:
1)   Always try your best on the assignments. It helps with further assignments as a lot of them build on each other, plus it helps you think more like an entrepreneur.
2)   Make sure you keep track with your calendar and double check to make sure you have done all your assignments. It can be very easy to forget to do an assignment, make a reply, or take a quiz each week.

3)    Last but not least, I would suggest doing your assignments at least a day early. This has helped me out tremendously and helped me to keep up to date on everything.
