Who: After doing my interviews, I have found people outside of my boundaries. One person I interviewed with works strictly indoors and has a break room refrigerator that keeps his food cold throughout the day. Another interviewee is a stay at home mother that packs her kids’ lunches. She does not have to worry about her lunch since she has a refrigerator at home, but sometimes her kids’ lunches don’t stay cold all day. One kid does track, and he needs more ice packs to keep his snacks/water cold during the summertime. I interviewed a lady for my third interview, and she works completely indoors. She said that her ice packs do the trick for keeping her food cold. In my fourth interview, I interviewed a middle-aged guy who works outside. He said that he never packs a lunch. He usually goes to the gas station and gets snacks and drinks. Sometimes, he goes to a fast food joint. The last person I interviewed works indoors and she usually brings her lunch and uses her mini fridge to keep her lunch cold in her office.
What: My last interview mentioned that she takes out pre-packaged meals from the fridge and heats them up in the microwave. Food cannot be heated up in a cooler.
Why:I do not believe the need is different. Everyone needs somewhere to keep their food cold whether indoors or outside.
