I think that my top resource is paid time off. When a company offers paid time off to their employees, their employees can either take sick leave or a vacation and still be paid. Many companies don’t offer paid time off and most people cannot afford missing work. With my company, employees will be allowed a certain amount of paid time off a year. Future employees will see that as a big positive, because they know that they will still get paid if they are sick or on vacation.
Hello Melanie, I think you have some really great unfair advantages and I maybe wish I included some of them on my post. I really like how you used the paid time off as your most important unfair advantage because like you mentioned, there aren't many companies that offer that. Also its something that keeps employees happy with their job, which is always a plus. Finding good, loyal, hardworking employees are hard to come by and your time off incentive would help with that issue.
